Despite this change, the original location at 1511 North Union Boulevard will remain unchanged, continuing to serve as the birthplace of BJ's Velvet Freez since 1954. The new location is expected to open by the end of March 2026, offering customers another place to enjoy their favorite treats and potentially reducing wait times.
